My career began at Johnson & Johnson, where I spent more than two decades in sales, customer marketing, and growth leadership. I later joined American Express, working across business development, strategic partnerships, and innovation. Most recently, I served as Executive Vice President of Growth & Advisory for a smaller, entrepreneurial firm, where I helped drive growth, build client relationships, and advised leaders navigating change.
Across every chapter, I found myself drawn to the same kind of work: the complicated moments — when competing priorities, strong personalities, organizational politics, and business pressures make the right answer difficult to see.
That's where I learned that people don't always need more expertise. Often, they need someone who can step outside the situation, recognize what others may be missing, and bring clarity to what to do next.
That's where I do my best work.
I listen carefully, but I also listen for what isn't being said. I see connections others sometimes miss. I pay attention to the people, the politics, the perceptions, and the realities behind the problem — not just what's on paper.
Then I help you turn that perspective into action: what to do, what to say, how to say it, and how to move forward in a way that feels both strategic and true to you.
